Drama at the Gothenburg Book Fair

The largest cultural event in the Nordics – the Gothenburg Book Fair – will spotlight drama as its main theme in September 2025.

Shaking it Up: On Toppling Traditions

Playwright and director Arni Rajamäki emerged onto the Finnish theatre scene with their Beginning Middle End project. Rajamäki’s practice exposes Finnish theatrical rules and conventions, while experimenting with setting the dramatic text free from the physical presence of the actor.
