The organizers are pleased to announce that the open call for the 21st HIGH FEST International Performing Arts Festival, which will take place from 1 to 8 October 2023 in Yerevan, Armenia is open now. The festival welcomes performing arts companies and artists to present their productions in all genres of performing arts including theatre, dance, music and other forms of performing arts.
