PS Network Meeting #4

The network met up at the international Sirenos festival in Vilnius in October 2025 for meetings, networking, and performances.

The network met up with lithuanian performance maker Rimantas Ribačiauskas, who spoke about his artistic practice, using his and Mantas Jančiauskas' Guided project as an example. In the Guided project spectators and incarcerated individuals are given the possibility to meet and discuss within a performative context, providing the network with another example of a performance concept that is available for implementation in the Nordic-Baltic region. 

The network meeting took place amid nation-wide protests across the country against the government's decision to hand control of the culture ministry to the populist party Nemunas Daw.
